How many times do you say to yourself, “I’m going to the gym today, or I’m going to workout.?” Probably every single day and have yet to do it. I know, I know, there’s just not enough time in the day between work, the kids and their activities, cooking, cleaning, being a wife, single mom, or whatever. Maybe none of those are your reasons. Maybe you don’t have a gym membership, too embarrassed to work out at the gym, or just unmotivated. 

As much as I love the gym and consider myself a “gym rat,” I also enjoy outdoor workouts very much. It’s something about being in the middle of nature, with limited equipment, yet still able to achieve such a full-filling total body workout.

So do me a favor, the next time you’re at the park, give my four, go to exercises a try.  Let’s get moving!

  1. Step-ups 

  1. Tricep dips 

  1. Knee to chest crunches
