In person Group Training
Small group sessions are an hour long and must consist of a minimum of 2 persons and may not exceed 5 persons. The clients are responsible for putting together their own group. All group members must be present for each session. In the event that one or more group members cannot make their session, the entire session must be canceled/rescheduled. There cannot and will not be single session make-ups.

Online Training
I am proud to offer the same great service online that I do in person. My online training is the perfect option for those who are not local, need more affordable pricing, familiar with gym equipment and don’t need assistance, or if you prefer home workouts. Whether your goal is weight-loss or weight-gain, I will help you on your journey. My online training programs are custom-built programs that are tailored specifically for each individual. Online training requires a three month commitment. While quick results are awesome, they don’t allow you to set realistic goals and the results are hard to maintain. I set realistic goals and give you proper guidance. Three months of clean eating, hard-work, and being held accountable will set you up for long term success.

Custom Tailored
Once payment has been received, you will receive an email with a short questionnaire for you to fill out. This will give more insight about you; all of which is needed/used to create your custom program.
Weekly Check-ins
The weekly check-ins are led by me at the end of each week. They can be via email, text, or FaceTime. (For all face-time check-ins they must be scheduled.) The check-ins can include, but are not limited to accomplishments, setbacks, difficulties, food, basically, any and all feedback that you are willing to provide. Remember, this program is about you and your goals. The program will only be as successful as you are!
