Group Training

Small group sessions are an hour long and must consist of a minimum of 2 persons and may not exceed 5 persons. The clients are responsible for putting together their own group. All group members must be present for each session. In the event that one or more group members cannot make their session, the entire session must be canceled/rescheduled. There cannot and will not be single session make-ups.

Online Training

This a custom-built program that is tailored specifically for you.  If you choose the “do it on your own” option, all meal and workout plans will be emailed to you in a pdf format, with weekly check-ins.  If you choose the “work with me” option, all meal and workout plans will be emailed to you in a pdf format and there will be scheduled trainings via Skype or FaceTime, in addition to weekly check-ins.  This is the perfect plan for anyone who is not local, but would like to have me as their trainer, a beginner, the busy mom, or someone who prefers at home workouts.

Custom Tailored

Once payment has been received, you will receive an email with a short questionnaire for you to fill out (in its entirety).  This will give more insight about you; all of which is needed/used to create your custom program.

4-week Program

This custom-built package includes email support, a grocery list, 4-week workout regimen (designed specifically for you and your goals), 4-week meal plan, and five of my favorite, “go-to” recipes.  This total body program will be a combination of cardio, H.I.I.T, circuit, and resistance training, all based upon your goals.

Weekly Check-ins

There are mandatory weekly check-ins, led by you, that you will send at the end of each week.  The check-ins can be via email, text, or facetime. (For all face-time check-ins they must be scheduled.)  The check-ins can include, but are not limited to accomplishments, setbacks, difficulties, food, basically, any and all feedback that you are willing to provide.  Remember, this program is about you and your goals.  The program will only be as successful as you are!
